SAN DIEGO (June 16,2010) An SH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter lands aboard the littoral combat ship USS Freedom (LCS 1) and is moved to the ship's hangar bay. Freedom is underway enroute to the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercises. RIMPAC is a biennial exercise in and around the Hawaiian Islands.
