Infinity Ward just pushed the latest "patch" to fix the Javelin/Semtex exploit. Unfortunately, they unleashed a whole lot of other crap. I joined a Sabotage game, only to find out that *EVERYONE* had unlimited grenades in their grenade launchers. It was an absolute spam fest. No sound as I was playing with headphones and trying to hold my Xbox 360 controller while running around to show what was going on. Ridiculous.
