The developers of the maps create spots for the Uploader, so later on in dev they could add Spy Hunt, if they wanted to. So every map has one, Im not so sure about Over Dose though.
Every map that has Spy Hunt, I didnt make the video for, just do what you see in the video to the normal spots where they would be if the game was spy hunt.
