This is the classic helmet from Giro that helped popularize helmet wearing while skiing and snowboarding. The Giro Nine is so popular because of its great, comfortable fit and the reduced weight as compared to the hard shell helmets. Riders that have a hard time jumping onto the helmet band-wagon should consider this helmet for those reasons. Someday helmets will be mandatory at all ski resorts, so might as well get used to them now!
