"Sofia", by filmmaler Shervin Kermani, is an exploration of the unconscious memories and images that can mark a life. In his final moments, Joseph, and old reclusive painter, has a dream where he wanders through many memories. Over the course of his nostalgic odyssey, Jospeh encounters many people from his past including his late wife, professor, and his mother Sophia, a ballerina whose solitary dancing he remembers having watched as a child.
