HOMER designs micro-power systems with optimal combinations of solar, wind, conventional generation, and storage. We will enhance it for use with micro-grids that can switch from on-grid to off-grid at will. HOMER's user base already includes 47,000 energy innovators in 193 countries working on these issues.
