Following last week's administration of property services company Connaught, companies are submitting offers to buy sections of the business.
Construction firm Morgan Sindall has already bought the troubled social housing division for £28 million and several bids have been made for the compliance and environmental operations, which are trading as normal and could be worth up to £200 million.
