When we enter our college we have BIG dreams of what we want to become. However, by the end of college our dreams fade away & most of us find ourselves in a position where we're fighting hard to make any of the employers/universities choose us. I'm sure we all agree this should change. This is possible only when we start working on what we want to do.. Today! Start taking small initiatives.. one at a time.. step by step. You'll be in a position to choose -- NOT hope for some employer/University to choose you.
