This was a rather obscure technique for recording the actual thoughts and dreams of the denizens of the spirit realm.
It differs from any conventional technique that I know of, as there is no active dialogue. There is no supposition that the ‘dead walk’, this is a technique for recording images left by the unconscious mind long after the creator of the image has left the world of the living.
If you look you will see that the plates although oddly mottled hold no clear images.
