Endosulfan worker delegation was joined by Union Leader, Mahendra Singh Ramji Yadav, Bhavnagar MP Rajendra Singh Rana, Local MLA Mrs. Vibhavari Dave and Endosulfan plant workers who have worked for decades and have not been affected by exposure to the pesticide at the district collector’s office to submit a memorandum to withdraw the fraudulent NIOH report. They share that Endosulfan has not caused harm to their health or family, where even when three generations have worked at the plant. The worker appeals to the collector that Endosulfan ban will affect 24,000 workers and Lakhs of people in Bhavnagar and across the country. They appeal to the government of India and Gujarat state authorities to listen to their plea and help the worker who is not a victim of endosulfan, but of concerted efforts by vested interests to ban the pesticide in India.
