Don't rent from Marguerite Wherry, Malibu CA (El Nido). I rented a 1 Bd apt. from Marguerite Wherry: August 20, 2010. Marguerite has been entering the apartment w/out my permission. I discovered that she was in my apt. when I was out of state working (Nov. 2010), and continues to do so, so I began video/audio taping her. I've asked her for a lock on the door btw. the main house and the apt but she refused. She has the lock on her side and enters when she pleases ... I can't get her to STOP! The house/apt. is in a canyon in Malibu CA. I have no cell service and no landline. My ONLY means of communication is the Internet/Skype/Email and Marguerite know this.
