The technology's just called Intel Quick Sync Video. It is essentially hardware-based video transcoding - converting video from one format to another extremely fast. This feature is built into a CPU now.
So now let's go back here, and look at that - it actually finished converting all four videos in 50 seconds, while the top one is actually still in the process of converting it, and it will not be finished until two minutes and about nineteen seconds later.
