Coaches, Jim McNally- a Buffalo native (Dec 13, 1943) is considered to be one of the greatest offensive line coaches in the history of the NFL. He is now retired after a 28-year coaching career and his last gig was a 4-year stint with the Buffalo Bills. Coach McNally had college coaching stints at the University at Buffalo, Marshall, Boston College and Wake Forest, while in the pros he was at Cincinatti Bengals-15 years, Carolina Panthers- 4 years, New York Giants-5 years and finally with the Buffalo Bills for 4-years from 2004- 2007. After retiring from the NFL McNally has returned to University at Buffalo as a volunteer in the Development Office where he works on alumni events.
