Happily, "NCIS: Los Angeles" has not suffered but prospered. Ratings are through the roof for CBS and many attribute the cast as the reason why.
Actress Renee Felice Smith joined the cast full-time in season two as the spunky "Nell Jones", counterpart to "Eric" (actor Barrett Foa) in the "Opps Center" of the NCIS: LA clubhouse.
