Muzaffarabad, March 22: The education sector in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir or PoK is in shambles.The government keeps making tall claims about upgrading education in the region but has done precious little to bring about a change. The literacy rate has barely grown 20 percent in the last 63 years. The widening divide between the rich and the poor is adding to people's woes.
