Kärcher has joined forces with property expert, Phil Spencer, to launch 'Kärcher Cleans Britain' -- a campaign to encourage us to clean up our streets and meeting places for what's set to be an exciting time for the nation. With the eyes of the world fixed upon the UK for the Royal Wedding, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the forthcoming Olympics, Kärcher and Phil want to help you get your local communities shipshape. Phil and Kärcher are asking people across the UK to support the campaign and nominate their local area that's in need of a good scrub -- be it your street, village green, hall or local playground! If you think your area deserves to be cleaned by the 'Kärcher Squad' all you need to do is send us a written entry, pictures or even a video and tell us why your area deserves to be Kärcher cleaned. The competition opens on March 16th 2011 and entries can be made via the official Kärcher Cleans Britain facebook page (www.facebook.com/karchercleansbritain). The lucky winner will be selected by Phil Spencer who will then go along with the 'Kärcher Squad' to work on the transformation. The 'Kärcher Squad' is part of a network of highly skilled cleaning professionals who have been involved in cleaning projects all over the world, from the Statue of Christ in Rio De Janeiro, Mount Rushmore in South Dakota to the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin and now they could be coming to a town near you!
