http://aroundthe.net IDF Beijing 2011 produced a lot of mobile computing goodies so we thought we'd shoot a podcast with our very own Nicole Scott who was in attendance. Since there was a lot of interesting tablet and netbook news we thought we give our good friend Joanna Stern a call to hear her thoughts on the show news.
We've decided to go with two separate video's Part one goes over Oak Trail Tablets, MeeGo and Tencent and in Part two we just tackle Cedar Trail, which is Intel's newest netbook platform.
So what's the news on Oaktrail well it was officially annouced at the show and Nicole got to spend a bit of hands on time with new platform. These tablets are due to hit the streets in May and so far all the tablets are all 10.1 inches and about 10mm thick. Nothing to get too excited about as we have yet to see what kind of battery life we might be getting.
