Powerchords are extreamly powerful notes to know. Used a lot in punk, rock, pop and almost any style of music at some stage or another. You will need to be able to not only change from one power chord to the next but know the name of the powerchord you are playing. For example, the C powerchord. In this lesson and the next you will discover what the power chord is, how to name it and how to play it across the strings. We will be using this knowledge later on.
