Nico Tapic was born a congenital amputee, without hands and feet. He is an energitic and postive Filipino teenager. He wishes to be fitted with artificial hands and feet but his family's economic situation make it impossible. This six minute film has been made to attract medical missions and prothetics limbs donors who can help fit Nico with artifical limbs. Written and filmed by Dunc Coleman. copyright 2008.
As @ late July 2011, Physicians For Peace.org have granted a prosthetics treatment program for Nico starting in December 2011.
