The British Herb Trade Association launched a search for 'the nation's Herb Heroes;' looking for incredible food from real people, who are transforming everyday meals with fresh herbs. Celebrity chef John Torode was chosen to be the judge of this national competition and put the final three contestants through their paces. This exciting Herb Hero final cook off took place on 24th May 2011 and you can see the competition unfold to reveal the winner in the video above.
