Bernhard Engel is research director at the media research department at German Television ZDF. At AGF (German JIC for TAM) he works in several leading positions: head of technical commission (2009-1010), working groups for streaming media measurement, panel methods et al. He holds diplomas in economics and sociology and a doctorate in statistics.
