Richard Zackon, CRE facilitator, comes to his role with a B.A. from Yale, graduate degrees from Stanford in communications and statistics, a Fordham law degree and advanced training in executive coaching and speech act theory. He has worked for over 30 years in media research (agency, cable, online, researcher, academic) and teaches media research at NYU.
