Patients who have excess skin and/or fat around the entire buttock area may be ideal candidates for the Miami C-Lift procedure. During this surgery, Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Mendieta combines the Brazilian Butt Lift, Thong Lift, Butterfly Lift, and Inner and Posterior Leg Lift in order to make a “C” incision around the buttocks. This is the most extensive lift with incisions made in the upper buttocks, along the bikini line, down the thong line, along the lower crease of buttocks, and out to the lateral leg. The scarring post-surgery will be highly dependent on the amount of loose, excess skin present.
