The Allstate Insurance Company (NYSE: ALL) today released its seventh annual âAllstate Americaâs Best Drivers Reportâ¢.â The report ranks Americaâs 200 largest cities in terms of car collision frequency to identify which cities have the safest drivers, according to Allstate claim data.
