We developed The Transition Project because we know that returning home from deployment is cause for celebration, but reintegration isn't always seamless. In the project, we have showcased a series of heart-felt stories from those who have been deployed, who stayed behind, and who dearly love a soldier. We also highlight 8 Key Challenges deployed personnel and their families face, tips for returning soldiers and resources for more reading.
