Twice a month, up to 450 job seekers come to Roswell United Methodist to network and build employment skills. Volunteers review resumes, improve LinkedIn profiles, even provide a clothes closet to find nice interview outfits. Jay Litton is one of the founders of Roswellâs Job Networking program. âThe easiest thing in the world is to talk to somebody out of work. So I thought, âWeâre gonna turn this into a ministry. And weâre gonna see if we canât help people.ââ
