During the 7th Annual Brussels Forum, NATO's Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen on Friday said that NATO will not intervene in Syria. "I strongly regret that the international community embodied in the UN Security Council has not managed to reach an agreement that could send a very strong message to the leadership in Damascus", Rasmussen said. "There has been a lack of unit", he added.
