I joined a an art walk tour group lead by Mr. Jay Lopez the Executive Director of the Downtown Art Walk, during the July downtown art walk; you can catch up to Jay the second Thursday of each month at the Downtown Art Walk Lounge located at LATC, 514 S Spring Street 90013. We stopped to gaze at the work of Street artist Robert Vargas as one downtown favorites Ricky the Pirate posed for a portrait.
