After the Needles City Council Meeting held on Tuesday, October 9th, 2012, an argument between Needles City Council Member Shawn Gudmundson and City Employee for the City of Needles Cliff Greable took place in the parking lot outside the Needles City Council Chambers located on J Street at Bailey Avenue in Needles, California. The argument may had to do with the proposed cuts in pay and benefits that the Needles City Council is asking on City Employees.
