This was from my holiday in Townsville - Mt Paluma / Spec is my favourite place to visit every time I go there.
This was filmed in October 2012, Dad drives us into Lake Paluma, and I get freaked our because we had entered Cassowary Country.
Cassowaries are possibly Australia's most dangerous birds, but with caution it's known they won't be disturbed if you respect the birds in the area and their territory....
