In some areas especially the lower economical areas Bed Bugs seem to run rampant. Fact is whatever these people try to do themselves they don't gain any long term relief. In this video, this is the 2nd time these tenants have encountered Bed Bugs. They do cooperate with us for the most part but they don't take the proper precautions so Bed Bugs emerge again.
