To mark the start of Chinese New Year and the Year of the Water Snake, on February 10 NSW Premier Barry O'Farrell, H.E. Duan Jielong, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney and NSW Minister for Citizenship and Communities Victor Dominello lit the Sydney Opera House red.
