Muzaffarabad, Feb 26: Abject Poverty and the lack of educational institutions is forcing young children of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir to become Child laborers. The Government is not doing anything to build educational institutions and basic infrastructure, and militants are exploiting this void and influencing these young minds to join Jihad.
