As you go deep within a state of complete relaxation develops as the breathing pattern and brain wave frequency begins to alter. In this heightened state of relaxation and awareness all the senses internalize and one begins to become of the vast inner landscape of their mind. As the breath slows down so too the mind continues to internalize. Eventually in a state inbetween waking and dream the subconscious areas of the brain are accessed. Through careful and compassionate guidance deeply rooted patterns of the egoic psyche have an opportunity to be witnessed and purified.
