The first 15 minutes of "My Kingdom" featuring Yuen Biao and Yu Rongguang. The subtitles would not carry over so here's the general context. The movie opens in Peking in the ending era of the Qing Dynasty. The Prince Regent has ordered the mass execution of the entire Meng clan. A five-year-old Meng boy named Erkui sings an aria before his death and Master Yu's (Yuen Biao) seven-year-old pupil Guan Yilong requests that his Master rescue the boy and the two orphans become brothers. Later, Master Yu's opera troupe wins the coveted golden "Mightiest Warrior" plaque from the Prince Regent. During a celebration, Opera Master Yue (Yu Rongguang) from Shaghai interrupts and announces that this is not a true victory as Shanghai was never included in the competition. He challenges Master Yu to a stage duel. Yu attempts to gracefully decline, stating that he doesn't want to disturb the peace that has existed between north and south for 30 years. Yue calls him a coward and though Yu is insulted, still wishes to keep peace and respect. When a student on the stage angrily tosses props at Yue, Yue is incensed and insists that they have now instigated the fight. Yu finally takes up the challenge, puts on his warpaint, and it is ON! A magnificent duel ensues! The loser of the battle is to be banished from the stage, must break his spear and never again perform in public. In the following years, Master Yu trains the two brothers until they grow to be young men, accomplished in their skills and ready to set off into the world. He sends them off with three traditional rules: 1) Never perform lowly circus acts, 2) Never have an affair with an actress, 3) Never duel with Opera Warriors.
