A very posh boss gets his but kicked. In this game thankfully the teen levels are not a huge pain in the ass. I get lots of extra lives and run into those purple trucks a couple of times. The purpose of those levels is to get an extra life it seems. In the NES version you needed to run into the trucks for continues but they are less significant in this one.
