It features a person doing his work relentlessly and restlessly on the PC and suddenly a 2-finger Kit Kat bar imitating a pause button pops up when he tries to press on the space bar. The person then looks down on his keyboard and sees a Kit Kat bar instead of his usual space bar. He then takes a break by having that Kit Kat bar and his mood lifted instantly.
