This film is a documentary on the Philippines in the aftermath of Super Typhoon Yolanda, which struck landfall on November 8, 2013 with winds exceeding 195 MPH. I originally had a different concept in mind for the film, but got a lot of great footage of families and their precious babies and decided to focus on a different angle for the documentary. The film was shot on location in the Philippines 133 days after the super typhoon smashed into the province of Leyte, with the eye of the storm passing just north of where most of our family lives. Gear: Canon 70D with Sigma 18-35mm f 1.8 lens and MeFoto travel tripod. Original music track: "DANCE IN THE PHILIPPINES" released worldwide in 2014.
