Adobe Speed Grade is an amazing color grading software but if you just want to apply one of it's looks inside Adobe premiere pro without having to go in depth into how speed grade works you can go inside Adobe Speed Grade and export the Look and then inside Adobe Premiere Pro you can import the look by applying one of the lumetri look and then in the lumetri look setting import the look you exported from adobe Speed Grade
