There are good, bad and in between "Unions". The facts show, unions are becoming less and less. The Middle Class is getting smaller and smaller. I believe their connected. Most Company's and Corporations care more about their Share Holders profits. than they do for their employees and their families who make the business work. Sadly its the standard. Businesses should share the profits fairly with employees. This business model PROVES that company's bring in more profits for everybody and everybody is HAPPY.
