It's a matter of few days before Varun Dhawan's mom, Laali, starts to set up her son's 4-BHK flat. The actor will occupy the first floor of the same building where his family stays. Come August 1 and Mrs David Dhawan will go all out to ensure that Varun's private space is ready in about 3 weeks.
