Muzaffarabad, PoK / Italy, Feb 8: The common man in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir has remained at the receiving end since the region was illegally occupied. Successive governments have only passed the buck over the years with no tangible results. The tyranny of the establishment is such that the rights of the public have been eroded fundamentally. People have been subjected to humiliation and violations repeatedly. The same was recently reiterated at a conference in Italy by the Kashmiri political activists.
