One late night, Peter sneaks out of his house and goes to a bar called The Owl, to meet gorgeous ladies. As it turns out, the bar also happens to be in the Witch's Street. In The Owl, he meets Elizabeth, an attractive blonde woman in a red dress. Peter thinks he's in love with Elizabeth, but there is more to her than meets the eye.
