今回、ご紹介する曲は和楽器バンドの「戦-Ikusa」です。
和楽器バンドは「和楽器かっけー」という流れを
作った最初のロックバンドです。

ボーカルの鈴華ゆう子さんは詩吟の師範の資格を持っており、
彼女の独特の歌い方は詩吟からきています。
尺八、三味線、琴、和太鼓などのその他の和楽器のメンバーも
子供の頃から和楽器の修練を積んできた和楽器のプロです。

This time, I introduce the Wagakki Band’s song, Ikusa (or Warriors).
This is the first band that made the “Japanese instruments are cool” movement.
The vocalist of this band, Yuko Suzuhana, is qualified as a master of Japanese folk song
and her unique way of singing is based on it.
Other members playing bamboo flute, shamisen guitar, koto harp, and
Japanese drum are also professionals who have trained from a young age.
