New Menu Work for NHB

I've begun work on changing and updating the menu, and I now present, the NHB Ver. 0.2 Menu Screen, as it stands at the moment. The audio track is the current menu music, although it may well be changed before release.
As a note, I poke around in the single player and multiplayer menus, there are no changes there as of yet, and tbh, you can ignore my doing that, although if you can be bothered to zoom in on and take a close look at the level names you can call it a sneak-preview-of-some-of-the-0.2-levels easter egg thing if you really want, but it wasn't intended to be.
Constructive feedback is welcomed.

DCS1 Ka50 - Take-off at Night

Pretty simple and pretty boring, but maybe interesting if you haven't seen DCS yet. I apologise for any noobish behaviour during the video, it was probably my first flight in about 3 weeks, i'd forgotten where half the switches were and my usual take-off procedure XD
