I'd like to talk to you about something that is near and dear to all of us, cops in Illinois bringing 150 terrorists to Illinois, which most of us can agree is not fair. The same scenario occured in Russia about 5 years ago where terrorists were kept in a jail in Moscow and their comrades held more than 700 kids, teachers, and parents hostage in order to save their fellow terrorists. Nearly 350 of them died over a three day period.
