First Time On Kangoo Jumps

http://www.MyKangooJumps.com
Kangoo jumps are a fun new piece of exercise equipment. They are easy to use by people of all ages and fitness levels. They are not near as intimidating as they appear once you get on them.

First you want to make sure and wear a nice thick, long sock. Exposed skin around the top of the boot can become irritated rather quickly. While sitting down slip your feet into the liner boot. Strap the buckles down to the desired level. The ankle strap in particular should be pretty tight to provide adequate support. Make sure the buckles are firmly placed all the way down next to the hard shell boot. They have a positive locking mechanism to ensure they stay down.

With the straps in place you are ready to stand up on your Kangoo Jumps for the first time. This will feel a bit awkward. First of all your legs are now a good eight inches longer than normal and second you are going to be standing on a curved surface.

Once you stand up just continue to stand there for a moment to get familiar with your balance. You will be able to feel this working your core muscles a bit. It can help to move your feet into a V position to maintain balance at a stand still.

After you feel comfortable just standing there, begin to jog in place a little bit. Then maybe hop on one foot then the other. You should now be feeling pretty comfortable. You are ready to really start exercising in your Kangoo Jumps now.

To remove them just hit the tab on each buckle and this will release the strap.

Adjusting the T-spings on Kangoo Jumps

http://www.MyKangooJumps.com
Adjusting or replacing the T-spring on your Kangoo Jumps is easy. Once removed you can easily see all the parts of the T-spring. Each model has a slightly different mechanism, yet they all do the same thing.

The power shoe T-spring is the most customizable. You can remove on or two of the center bands to customize the rebound effect achieved. You can also remove all the bands and install the optional coil spring kit.

The XR Series also uses a similar spring, however you only want to remove the center band of the XR series T-spring. Removing this band will give a lighter rebound. This is also the band to remove for the optional coil spring. This will give a higher energy return. Unlike the power shoe the XR Series will use the T-spring and the coil spring together.

This is similar to the Pro series T-spring. On the Kangoo Jumps pro series you will never actually modify the T-spring. You can add the optional coil spring for higher energy return for more extreme activities or an increased workout resistance.
