Right now many large companies and brands are playing in social media and trying to connect. If those brands have satellite stores and hubs (I.E. - Best Buy) then they need to start thinking LOCAL. Small companies...ditto.

Wow. I consider myself an open, accepting person. However when it comes to this type of attitude I have no patience. Show me a successful person that held this attitude throughout his or her working life. Forget it!

I think it's easy for businesses and individuals to misunderstand why a company would want to have a social media presence. It's not just because it's some sort of free advertising. There's a lot more to it than that. I explain....

According to a recent post by Jeff Bullass, only 29% of companies have a social media policy. Is that something they should really look into? Or is the fast pace of social media too fast to construct a policy around?

I think a common mistake made by most working people is that they only work hard if they feel they're being paid well for it. I think it's the other way around. I think if you work hard and give until you can't, then you get paid.

Do you have a winning attitude all the time? Or do you only bring out your good stuff when you think you're getting paid enough to? Having a winning attitude can bring massive amounts of appreciation which is worth way more than $$$!
