The Dreamer v.2 A post-apocalyptic future. The poor and lower classes have been subjugated by the use of a computer chip implanted at the base of the brain. The chip impedes proper brain functions, namely dream state and aggression. This system has been in place for millennia... but now, the drones, as they are called, are evolving. Their brains are moving beyond the chip's functions. Our hero, Nil (Brandon Bales) begins to dream… He dreams of the outside world and of a mythical folk hero (Jay Whittaker). Escape is his plan.
