Las Vegas UFOSpotted this object about 10 miles south of Las Vegas, NV on December 27, 2007. Filmed and photographed with my Nokia N95.
It was impossible to tell how large or how far away the object was, however it was an order of magnitude brighter than anything else in the sky.
If you look carefully you can see stars very faintly in the background. You can use this as a reference point to see that it was the object and not the camera that was actually moving.
I returned the following day at the same time to verify that what I was seeing was not some astronomical phenomenon and the object was not there.
